½ oz Crème de Banne
½ oz Blue Curacao

Directions: Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a slice of banana.

2 oz Marigot Bay Coconut Cream

Directions: Blend all ingredients

  • Coconut ice cream can also be added to enhance flavor

Spiced Coffee

1 oz Ti Tasse
4 oz Fresh Hot Coffee

Directions: Top with whipped cream and 2-3 dashes of cinnamon

3 oz Crème La Caye
1½ oz Condensed Milk
2 oz Vanilla Ice-Cream
2-3 Dashes of Nutmeg

Directions: Blend all ingredients

¾ oz Bounty Rum
½ oz GrapeFruit Juice
3 oz Pineapple Jjuice
1 oz Sour Mix
½ oz bar syrup
16 oz Scoop Crushed Ice

Directions: Blend until slushy

2oz Kwèyol Spice/Chairman’s Rum
4 Slices Lime
1 oz Brown Sugar

Directions: Add ingredients into a mixing glass. Muddle mixture and stir, top with crushed ice and stir in gradually.

Whipped Cream

Directions: Pour Javalatte and Amaretto into a cocktail shaker then strain into a martini glass. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with cherry.

Directions: Pour over ice and splash with a dash of Bitters.
