At the 2007 Food and Rum Festival St Lucia Distillers Group of Companies launched the well-received TOZ, the troy-ounce of gold rum that has garnered international acclaim. Shakers International from the United Kingdom last year joined the St Lucia Distillers Group of Companies team at Food and Rum to train a cadre of bartenders who continue to bring the delicate art of mixology to the favourite bars and hangouts of St Lucians.
